CAUSE
Bug 9382101 A LOT OF TRACE FILES KEEP GENERATED,CONTAIN DUMPS FOR SORTED MASTER TRIGGER
SOLUTION
1. Apply Patch 9382101 if available for your DB version and OS platform.

2. Upgrade to patch set 11.2.0.2
P.S: For windows Apply 11.2.0.1.0 Patch 4 (11.2.0.1.4P) or higher
For 32-Bit, apply Patch:9888297, For 64-Bit (x64), apply Patch:9888298
